Fractional Distillation

As pioneers in natural isolates production, at TMV, we specialize in fractional distillation, a highly effective separation technique that employs heat to vaporize specific components within a mixture. Within our advanced distillation columns, we harness the power of Sulzer packing – a technology from the globally renowned Swiss engineering leader, Sulzer, known for its expertise in fluid engineering. This innovative packing material, with its high surface area, optimizes the process. As we volatalise essential oils, vapors rise up the column, encountering Sulzer packing. Some vapors condense and descend while others continue their ascent, ultimately condensing in the condenser unit. This intricate process enables us to achieve precise separation and purification of components, particularly those with closely matched boiling points. Our mastery of this technology is harnessed exclusively for the production of natural isolates dedicated to the fragrance and flavor industries, ensuring the highest quality and purity for our clients.

Supercritical Fluid Extraction

Supercritical fluid extraction is a process using carbon dioxide (CO2) at or above its critical temperature and critical pressure. This approach offers distinct benefits:

  • Clean Extraction
  • Low Temperature Operation
  • Effortless Solvent Removal
  • Enhanced Quality
  • Environmental and Safety Focus

Solvent Extraction

Solvent extraction is a cutting-edge process for capturing nature's essence with precision. This technique enables us to meticulously craft high-quality oleoresins and natural extracts, preserving the pure essence of botanical wonders. With our unwavering commitment to quality and sustainability, our techniques consistently yield exceptional products, showcasing our dedication to technological excellence.

Steam Distillation

Steam distillation is an artful method for extracting essential oils from plant materials. Here's the essence of how it works:

  • Harnessing Steam's Power

Steam gently opens pockets of natural raw material, releasing aromatic molecules from within.

  • Aromatics Take Flight

As steam interacts with the natural raw material, essential oil molecules evaporate into it, forming aromatic steam.

  • Layered Perfection

In the condenser, aromatic steam becomes liquid and separates into two layers: pure essential oil and water.

  • Precision Temperature

We control steam temperature for efficient extraction without harming plant material or oils.

  • Pressure Efficiency

Higher pressure speeds up extraction without overheating, preserving oil quality.
